Q How do i select the colour and size of my sports jerseys/items? | |
A. 1. First you add the quantity of each style of item you would like to buy, into your shopping cart. (Add to Cart) 2. Once you've finished selecting your items, you then click 'Checkout'. (Checkout) 3. The next page is your 'Customisation Page', here you select the colour and size of each of the items you've added to your shopping cart. (Customise) | |
Q Can i choose the colour of the Sports Numbers, Player Names, Team Name on our order? | |
| A. We use the most appropriate contrasting colour for each garment, this said if you would prefer a particular colour please specify the colour in the comments section when customising your order. | |
Q Does customising my jersey cost more? | |
| A. Your Sports Number on your back comes FREE with your jersey purchase. If you would like to add your Player Name above the the Sports Number, or your Team Name or Logo on the front, Yes this will cost a couple of dollars more depending on what you order. Check 'Numbering/Logos' for all your Custom pricing details! | |
Q Can i buy a jersey and not have it numbered? | |
| A. Yes you can, however as the price is set inclusive of the service there are no discounts for not getting a number applied. | |
Q Can i have my own style of number printed onto our jerseys? | |
| A. No, unfortunately our website isn't setup for custom number styles. If you have a number styled designed and would like us to look at producing it for your team then email us using the 'Enquiry' tab on the menu and forward your request. |

Q How much is Postage + Handling? (Delivery) |
A. If you're ordering '5 Items or More' then delivery is FREE! If you are order 1 - 4 items then delivery is only $15.00 (incl GST). |
Q After ordering when should i expect my order to arrive? |
A. You should expect delivery of your order approx 5-7 business days from payment date of your order. |
Q If i order the wrong size garment, can i change my order? |
A. You can contact us via email and we will try our best to alter your order. Please note though NO CHANGES are possible to orders that have been printed. Please choose your garment sizes carefully. |
Q How can i order and make payment? |
A. NSJ.net.au has a full integrated shopping cart for ordering, customising and making payment all online. You can use VISA or MASTERCARD for creditcard payments online. We use ANZ eGate for an easy and secure shopping experience! |
Q Do i need to be home for delivery? |
A. You will be required to sign for your goods when they are delivered unless you specifically request for the items to be left in a secure place. If we attempt to deliver and you're not home, don't worry, you can easily collect your purchase from your local post office afterwards! |
